Our firm needed to change some things up and add some new content to our WordPress site and some of the back end changes involved more intricacy than I was ready for. Laura not only made the changes but, knowing my desire to learn, developed a step by step powerpoint for me so that I would have the ability to make some of these changes myself in the future! She went way beyond the call of duty.
