As we move forward, I’d like to bring to your attention a policy we have in place regarding design changes or modifications. We understand that design preferences can evolve, and you might have specific adjustments you’d like to make to the layout, navigation, or other aspects of the design.
While we are more than happy to accommodate reasonable design changes, I want to inform you that after you sign off on the main design/layout/main navigation/fonts/colors/images and there are substantial alterations requested to the current design, layout, or navigation that significantly deviate from the initial plan, there may be a backward design fee of $150/hr applied. This fee helps cover the additional time and resources required to make significant changes that veer away from the original design direction.
To ensure transparency and a smooth process, we’ll always discuss any potential design changes in detail before implementing them, and we’ll provide a clear understanding of any associated fees.
